Can I expense this through my company?
Usually yes. Every purchase generates an invoice with an employer-friendly line item (professional development: product management coaching), and many companies have unspent education budget for exactly this. Ask and we will send a short manager-request email template too.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes, and it is plain. If a session's deliverable is not concrete enough to act on, say so and that session is free. On the 3-month engagement, if you do the work and there is no visible win by the end, I keep working with you at no charge until there is. No job or promotion guarantees; nobody honest sells those.
What is the refund and reschedule policy?
Reschedule self-serve up to 24 hours before a session. Full refund any time before your first session happens. After a session runs, no refund, but the deliverable always ships. If a company cancels your interview before Sprint Session 1, you get a full refund or can convert to a Career Strategy Session with the difference back.
How is this different from your free ADPList sessions?
Free sessions are 30-minute advice conversations, and they stay free. Paid sessions apply the method to your specific case and end with a finished work product in your hands: a written plan, a completed rewrite, or a full interview packet.
What's the time commitment for ongoing coaching?
Two 60-minute sessions per month plus async communication. Most clients also spend 1-2 hours per week applying what we discuss. Minimum 3-month engagement at $899/month, and any session you already bought counts toward it.
