How is Product Advisory different from 1:1 Coaching?
1:1 Coaching is built for the individual PM. You meet with Brennan twice a month to work on your career, your stakeholders, and your strategic chops. It moves you.
Product Advisory is built for the team and the leader running it. Brennan works directly with you every week on strategy decisions, observes how your team actually works, and coaches your PMs (as a group monthly, individually as needed). It moves your org.

How is Product Advisory different from Corporate Training?
Corporate Training is a structured curriculum. Brennan teaches your team a framework over a defined number of weeks. It's a course with a syllabus and a fixed shape.
Product Advisory is an embedded engagement. There is no curriculum. The work is whatever your team is shipping that week. Think of Training as a course your team takes. Think of Advisory as a senior product leader working with you on the actual product.
Many of our advisory clients did Corporate Training first. They needed the foundation. Then they needed the implementation help.
How many Advisory clients does Brennan take at one time?
Two at launch. Brennan is the entire delivery team. We cap this so every engagement gets the weekly attention it needs. We will expand to three after the first two engagements complete and we have a repeatable delivery model.

What's the upfront commitment?
3 months. After that, monthly auto-renewal. Cancel any time after month three with 30 days notice.
Why 3 months: the first month is diagnosis and a working PRD pipeline. The second is intervention on whatever is broken. The third is when the team's reps show up in their shipped work. Anything shorter and you'll pay for the diagnosis without seeing the lift.
What does Product Advisory cost?
Every engagement is scoped to the team. Team size, the number of PMs who want individual coaching, and the depth of observation we agree on all shape the final number. We talk it through on the fit call so you know exactly what you're committing to before any contract.

What does the first month look like?
Week 1. We diagnose. Brennan reviews your last quarter's PRDs, OKRs, and roadmap. You and Brennan map the strategic gaps and the two or three behaviors that, if changed, would unlock the most output.
Weeks 2–4. We work. Weekly 90-min session with you. First monthly team working session. Async feedback on whatever ships that month.
By end of month one, you have a written diagnosis, a 90-day intervention plan, and three working sessions of shipped work product behind you.
Do I need to be a Unabated Products alumnus to apply?
No. Most Advisory clients did The Influential PM cohort or sent their team through Corporate Training first, but it is not required. What is required: a PM team that is talented, in place, and ready to do the work. We don't build the team. We sharpen it.
