I stumbled into product management accidentally. As a business analyst implementing ERP systems, I helped build an internal product that ended up routing hundreds of millions in revenue. My boss gave me a title I thought he made up: Product Manager.

Turns out it was a real thing, and it fit my personality perfectly. I loved the idea of building something once and having it used by thousands of people. Over 15+ years, I went from that first accidental PM role to VP of Product, building 0-to-1 products generating $50M+ in revenue at both high-growth startups and Fortune 500 companies.

Along the way, I noticed a pattern: most PMs were stuck in delivery mode. They were talented, hardworking people who had been given the title of "Product Manager" but were really acting as project managers, ticket sorters, or backlog groomers. They deserved better.

I started teaching. First to people on my team, then through internal bootcamps at companies like PwC, and now publicly through Unabated Products. My mission is simple: help product managers break free from meaningless delivery work and become the strategic leaders their companies need.
